Work Experience and Achievement: Their Influence on Lecturers’ Career

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience and performance on lecturer careers. uses a quantitative method that examines three variables, namely two independent variables one dependent variable. The are performance, while variable is lecturer's career (Y). research was conducted using with survey path analysis approach, total population 160 lecturers sample 60 people. instrument test in this used validity reliability tests. Using hypothesis testing. results calculation normality data (X1) accepted or other words normally distributed. In as (X2) an (Y) linearity test, there linear relationship between conclusion from lecturers, influence lecturers.
